Acceptance of Terms

Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at bt939's discretion.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. This includes your real name, date of birth and contact details. bt939 may conduct identity verification checks at any time and will require documentation to confirm the information provided. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bt939 login credentials. bt939 staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. Any activity that takes place on your account while your credentials are active — whether carried out by you or by a third party — is your responsibility. Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your bt939 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure is eligible for withdrawal subject to the standard withdrawal conditions. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

Deposits

Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are typically credited to your bt939 wallet within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. bt939 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Deposit Purpose

Funds deposited to bt939 must be your own money, deposited for the purpose of personal entertainment gaming on the platform. Depositing funds for any other purpose — including money laundering, fraud or third-party payment facilitation — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Only real-money balances are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds remain in your bonus wallet and are converted to real money upon completion of the applicable wagering requirement within the stated time limit. Unconverted bonus funds cannot be withdrawn and will expire at the end of the bonus validity period.

General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion specifies its own wagering requirement, eligible games and expiry date. These are stated clearly on the promotion page and must be read before opting in.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet. Real-money funds are wagered first unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate as stated in the specific promotion terms.
• bt939 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in and begun wagering will have their progress preserved where practically possible.
• One bonus per qualifying deposit or promotional period per account unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.

Gaming Rules

All games available on bt939 — including slots, live casino tables, bingo rooms and any other game types — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, through live-dealer feeds. The outcome of all games is determined by these systems and bt939 has no ability to influence individual game outcomes.

Game Availability

Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error or malfunction affecting a game or a bet, bt939 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Any funds wagered on a voided round will be returned to your account balance. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical error are not valid and will not be paid.

Maximum Winnings

Individual game sessions and specific game titles may carry maximum win limits. These limits are either stated within the individual game's rules or are available on request from bt939 support. bt939 reserves the right to apply a platform-wide maximum win cap per single session at its discretion.

VIP Programme

The bt939 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite Diamond. Tier status is determined by your rolling 30-day real-money wagering total. Full tier thresholds and benefits are listed on the VIP page.

• VIP points and tier progress are calculated on real-money bets only. Wagers placed using bonus funds do not contribute to VIP tier calculations.
• Tier status is reviewed on a rolling 30-day basis. If your wagering drops below the threshold for your current tier, your tier will be adjusted at the next review point.
• Weekly PKR cashback is credited to your account every Monday for the prior week's eligible real-money losses. Cashback is credited as real money with no wagering requirement attached unless stated otherwise in a specific VIP promotion.
• bt939 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefit structures and programme rules at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected VIP members in advance where possible.
• VIP status cannot be transferred between accounts or purchased directly. It is earned exclusively through real-money platform activity.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bt939 and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and where applicable reporting to relevant authorities:
